Our People

At Redcliffe, we believe that our people; the teachers, support staff and the Board of Governors are the backbone of the school. We strive to create a positive, dynamic and happy atmosphere within the school where our children can grow to be their 'best selves'.

Our teaching staff is experienced and well-qualified. We work as a team, and the individual interests and talents of each member of staff is nurtured and valued. Continual professional development of the team and individuals is of paramount importance and occurs regularly throughout the year.

Our Board of Governors is actively involved in shaping the school vision and setting our overall strategy for excellence and always includes current parents of children at the school.
