Our Success

Our Success

At Redcliffe School, we consider that success involves more than academic achievement. Promoting an appetite for learning and discovery is central to our teaching philosophy. Through positive reinforcement your children will discover and build upon their talents while establishing an enthusiasm for learning. This Their time at Redcliffe equips them for the challenges and opportunities that lie beyond prep school. We give them a greater understanding of the world and the part they play in it.

At Redcliffe, we strive to recognise every child’s achievements, no matter how big or small. Every Friday we reward pupils for their many and Weekly awards assemblies commend all levels varied of achievements in our Open Assembly . These may include progress in sport, social skills and courtesy as well as in academic subjects. Through each small success, we help them our children to develop confidence and a healthy self-esteem.

Our children grow a natural hunger for success as they strive to do their best and are happy when they reap the rewards. Once a year, we reward acknowledge consistent effort and outstanding achievement at our annual Prize-giving at Chelsea Town Hall.

Our Success

Day to day, stickers and star charts register the good behaviour and good work of our younger children. Our house points system, led by House Captains selected from in Wordsworth class, encourage unity, team-work and friendly competition. Throughout the school the children strive to be the winning team collecting house points eagerly each week.

We believe firmly that reward, encouragement and support help our children grow into secure, confident and independent students.

Our happy children, our happy teachers and our happy parents are proof that Redcliffe School is 'dedicated to growing excellence'.
