Sarah Lemmon, future head of Redcliffe School, and the Governors, are thrilled to announce that Redcliffe will be transitioning to become a fully co-educational school for pupils from rising 3 to 11.
Beginning in September 2017, boys will be able to remain at Redcliffe, as girls currently do, until they are 11.
‘We are delighted to be able to offer this to our current and future families. Whilst pastoral care has always been one of our many strengths, our priority is to ensure our pupils reach their highest potential. We have always rigorously prepared boys for the 8+ and girls for the 11+ examinations. However, we are now able to provide our boys with the same gift of time – time to enjoy learning and grow intellectually over 3 additional years before they sit exams for their next schools. ’

Redcliffe School has high expectations for their pupils and there’s no limit to what children can achieve. Pupils benefit from small class sizes, a challenging academic curriculum, outstanding sport, music, drama and art provision, as well as a breadth of child-friendly, engaging extra-curricular activities.
You are invited to our Open Morning…
Come and visit the school during our Open Morning on Friday, 12th May starting at 9:00am. The event will begin with an introduction to the school and a glimpse into our popular weekly ‘Open Assemblies’ where children from Reception through to Year 6 share the exciting things they’ve been learning and doing in their classes. This will be followed by a chance to look around both the Pre-Prep and Prep school buildings.
We look forward to welcoming you at Redcliffe. Please contact the school office by telephone or email if you have any questions or would like to reserve a place for our Open Morning.
