“Redcliffe staff have done invaluable work with our daughter and we cannot thank you enough for the way they have all seen her as an individual and brought out so much in her. You have some exceptional staff and I feel we feel our children have been so lucky for the opportunities they have been given at Redcliffe and how it has equipped them for the next stage of their adventures.”
Situated opposite the gardens at Redcliffe Square at St Luke’s Church, the nursery at Redcliffe has become one of the most sought after co-educational nurseries in Kensington and Chelsea.
We offer entry on a non-discriminatory and non-selective first come first served basis.
Children can join the morning class the term in which they have their third birthday. Full day and afternoon places are offered at the discretion of the Head of Lower School. For those staying all day a delicious and healthy lunch is prepared by our resident cook and served in the school hall.
The children are taught through proven methods of creative and thought provoking play. They learn how to share, care and enjoy and experience the world around them.
The Redcliffe Robins form an integral part of our school community joining with the other classes for lunch, school productions, daily assembly and other school occasions.
We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) programme. Our Robins are taught by the Head of Lower School plus three additional classroom assistants.
Above all we care that your child enjoys these early years at nursery where we provide a warm, caring and supportive environment and a safe and trusting place in which to grow.
Entry to the reception (Kingfishers) year is usually automatic following an informal assessment. We are a mixed ability school that thrives on its diversity.
